Fisher Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for the new Bayview Grand waterfront condominium building on 6th street in Ocean City, MD that boosts 6 units. The bottom two levels contain two condos each and the top two levels are two story townhomes. Located directly on the bay between 5th and 6th street, the community offers an in ground pool, private beach area and incredible views of the Bay. The project was awarded an Ocean City Development Corporation’s 2016 New Residential Construction Award.
