Fisher Architecture designed this new eight thousand square foot shopping center located in Ocean City, Maryland. K-Coast Surf Shop originally opened in 1989 in a six hundred square foot space on Somerset Street in downtown OC. Back in 2014, K-Coast owners proposed a mixed use project which consisted of two parcels that would include a restaurant and retail units to be built on the west side of Coastal Highway and south side of 79th Street. K-Coast ended up purchasing a third parcel which expanded the footprint to encompass the entire block. Fisher Architecture designed the fit-out for the new K-Coast store along with the tenant fit out for K-Coast’s new restaurant, Three Anchors.
