You may have noticed progress being made to Coventry Plaza, on the corner of Beaglin Park Drive and Still Meadow Boulevard in Aydelotte Plaza. It is Salisbury’s newest retail/office development. Crews are expected to complete the build in Spring 2021. This custom commercial development includes five, single-story tenant spaces ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet for inline space and 1,000-3,025 square feet on the pad site with one planned drive thru.
“We were introduced to the project by the clients’ contractor who has worked with us on numerous retail shell buildings,” said Heather Morrison, chief operations director, Fisher Architecture.
“The building design includes siding, stone, asphalt shingles, as well as decorative elements such as faux trusses,” said Tareq Zietoon, Project Manager for Fisher Architecture. “The colors and materials were selected to compliment the apartments behind it that we designed for the client and were completed earlier this year.”
Fisher Architecture provided architecture and interior design services for the 159-acre Coventry Square Apartments in Salisbury, Maryland. There are thirteen buildings totaling two hundred and eighty-eight apartments. Residents can choose from one, two- or three-bedroom units. The community also includes a three thousand eight hundred square foot recreational building with a fitness room, Great room, Cyber Café, full size kitchen and leasing office. Other amenities include a large outdoor pool and deck, garages, tennis court, and a playground.
