Fisher Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for this 6,000 square foot waterfront restaurant located in Chincoteague, Virginia. Fisher Architecture worked with the owners to design the space with a tropical theme and providing a one hundred eighty-degree view of the Chincoteague Bay. The free standing building includes a first floor dining room with a bar and full beach seating area. The second floor contains the Narrows Ballroom which was specifically designed to accommodate special events, banquets, and conferences. The Jack Spot is one of only two event locations on the island and the only one with a waterfront view. The owners were able to expand after opening by adding a raw bar which Fisher Architecture was also hired to design.
