SALISBURY, MD – June 27, 2017 – Fisher Architecture LLC, a locally owned, experienced architectural firm providing functional design and construction solutions to clients, announced the opening of Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar, SoDel Concept’s 10th restaurant that will be open year-round in Rehoboth, Delaware.

“This was a captivating project from the very beginning, said Keith Fisher, Fisher Architecture.  “We had the opportunity to not only help SoDel Concepts expand its footprint in the Delaware beach community, but also be innovative and imaginary with the design to create an upmarket destination restaurant for visitors and locals to experience year-round.”

The Fisher Architecture designed project covers 7,000 square feet (4,500 inside and 2,500 outside) and can seat up to 250 guests.  It includes a large outdoor gathering area with a fire pit, a bar and acoustic stage.  The interior was designed to be open and industrial-like with high ceilings and a beachy feel.  One unique feature is the “library” dining room meant to accommodate larger parties.  It is equipped with a community table, fireplace and an extensive cookbook collection on book shelves around the perimeter of the room.

“This was the largest project ever embarked on by SoDel Concepts,” said Scott Kammerer, owner.  “We had great collaboration between a large number of local businesses and business professionals with the best results by far.  The finished product is stunning and truly speaks for itself.”
