Developer Awards Fisher the Project after Successful Completion of Salisbury Complex

SALISBURY, MD – October, 16, 2015 – Fisher Architecture LLC, a locally owned, experienced architectural firm providing functional design and construction solutions to clients, announced it has been hired to design Mariner Cove Apartments in Fort Pierce, Florida.  Mariner Cover will become a 216 unit apartment complex in what’s called Sunrise City, the hub of St. Lucie County and one of the oldest communities on the east coast of Florida.

The project consists of 216 units, a new club house, pool, fitness and meeting space and playground.  Mariner Cove Apartments will be a gated community with 2-3 bedroom townhouse style units within four unique building types, totaling thirty buildings on site.

“Fisher Architecture takes pride in meeting every client’s needs with superior design, customer service and project management expertise,” said Keith Fisher, Fisher Architecture LLC. “A returning customer is evidence of a satisfied customer and a confirmation of the quality of service our team provides from concept to completion.”

“Fisher Architecture came very highly recommended,” said Mark Ackerman, Mariner Cove Builders, LLC. “When I saw Keith’s work I knew I made the right decision. He was a pleasure to work with as he had all the right answers and just the right amount of energy.”

Fisher Architecture was originally hired by the same developer to design Aydellotte Farm in Salisbury, a pedestrian friendly community with residential units, single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums units.

Mariner Cove Apartment developers have site plan approval and plan to break ground 1st quarter of 2016.
