Fisher Architecture announced the completion of renovations to Queenstown Bank on Main Street in Chester, Maryland. This 4,345 square foot, single-story bank with brick exterior and circular lobby, is the start of a rebrand for Queenstown Bank branches. The Fisher team, led by project manager, Timothy Bain, provided design services for the renovation of the front half of the building, including the lobby, lounge, consolation, drive-thru room, viewing area, a manager office, ATM room, bathroom, and janitor room. This included removing most of the interior walls, finishes, and ceiling to replace with a new layout and finishes. On the exterior, storefront windows were added to provide additional light and a greater sense of openness, as well as pillars and a roof line that is paralleled at the other locations for continuity.
