The Harrison Group, who is responsible for managing various hotels and restaurants, has made plans to develop their own office complex. The initial site-plan was approved for this project to proceed in Ocean City, Maryland! Plans have been made to develop this office building in two-phases. Phase one includes around 8,000 square feet designs while phase two consists of an additional 3,000 square feet design. Plenty of parking will be provided along with a potential bus shelter onsite for employees traveling to and from work. Our own, Lauren White, has been working as the project’s designer.
