We provided architectural design for the new luxury cottages in Chincoteague, Virginia. The Key West cottages are located adjacent to their existing hotel. Plans include four different cottage building types, covering both one and two bedroom options. Each cottage also includes a kitchen, bathroom and waterfront views. There are many amenities on the grounds of the cottages including a common office, pool, bar, storage shed and small pavilions. Completion is expected Spring 2022, just in time for next summer season!
