Construction on Oceans East Phase 3 has begun! Oceans East will expand to a 700+ unit apartment community located across from Stephen Decatur Middle School in Berlin, Maryland. We provided full architectural and interior design services that includes four 24 apartment unit buildings, an extension to the main entrance, and additional garage facilities. Phase 1 and 2 consisted of 400+ units, a community clubhouse, a “mermaid” pool, 1-acre park, and tenant garages. We are excited to see the progression of this development and will keep everyone updated on its progress.
