Salisbury Neighborhood Housing is a non-profit organization serving targeted neighborhoods and populations in the City of Salisbury and surrounding areas. Our team is honored to provide architectural design services for a SNHS to rehabilitate a house on East Vine Street. The three bedroom, one bath house was originally built in 1915 and has been vacant for many years. The renovations will rebuild an open front porch and bring historic charm back to the exterior. Our new designs target today’s families by adding a second bathroom, expanding closets to modern sizes and opening up the kitchen and living room. We are proud to partner with SNHS in their effort to improve Salisbury’s central neighborhoods and build a new generation of homeowners.
