We also realize that our partners / clients have a strong impact on our ongoing success. Therefore, we ensure that we stay up to date on design standards and architectural regulations while assisting our partners / clients in making the right decisions.
We pride ourselves in being practical problem solvers while ensuring that our clients receive the very best from our company. Creating purposeful designs is our way of proving our passion each and every day. Here at Fisher, we live, breathe and sleep architecture.
In our business, it is all about relationships; relationships with one another, with our trusted partners, and with our clients. It is important to us that we create long lasting relationships while investing in the success of the company - our employees!
Our word is our bond. We will always be truthful, realistic, and honest. We will always give 100% and ensure that each project is properly managed. We will remain true to our mission and values while making sure our partners / clients can trust and count on us always.
Here at Fisher Architecture, we believe in our team and strive to foster a positive working environment that allows for growth, goal achievement, and a good amount of fun. We believe in The Fisher Life! When I started the company, I thought it would be as simple as hiring staff, putting in a solid workday, and heading home. What I came to realize rather quickly was that a clearly defined work culture strongly influenced the output of work along with the overall atmosphere.
When you join Fisher Architecture you become a part of the family. A family that provides support to each other, offers opportunities for development and enjoys engaging and giving back to the communities we serve. We also work diligently to bring client concepts to completion. We embrace ALL innovative ideas in our creative workspace and work collectively to give life to them through our designs. Working hard comes with rewards at Fisher Architecture. Just take a look at the latest events and you’ll see!
Keith founded Fisher Architecture in 2009. He spent nine years at one of the Eastern Shore’s largest design firms. While there, he realized that the firm was not providing a much-needed service to a majority of the client base. With the significant downturn in the economy, Keith began Fisher Architecture with the vision to aid in the early stages of the design process. Real Estate Brokers and land owners engaged him to find more creative ways to market their assets. This strategy allowed the firm to gain a significant client base, develop relationships with a wide range of project types, and expand the reach of the firm geographically.
As Principal, Keith oversees the firm’s strategic plan, and day-to-day operations. Keith is also involved in the design and management of all projects. He sets the schedule, priorities, and goals for each project. He sets the standards high for the staff and has a hands-on approach with his team, promoting an open, collaborative design process where ideas and insights are valued.
