Fisher Architecture has been hired to design a new smaller scale brew house for Evolution Craft Brewing Co. That will allow visitors to watch the brewing process through fishbowl glass. The expansion will also include an outdoor beer garden with fire pits, corn-hole, a stage, and a food truck. The new green space and pilot system will allow Evo to brew more unique small batches of beer for customers to experiment with different flavors. The smaller brew house will be a five-barrel system capable of brewing 150 gallons every five to six hours.
