This project involved a full medical interior renovation of an existing office tenant space, transforming it into a fully functional, code-compliant surgical suite. The scope included complete interior demolition—removing all walls, ceilings, casework, and finishes—along with a limited exterior improvement to accommodate a new exterior door.
The surgical suite design was developed using existing building plans and equipment vendor layouts to create an efficient, streamlined environment tailored to clinical operations. Throughout the design process, healthcare architecture and life safety requirements were carefully evaluated to ensure compliance with applicable building and medical codes.
Close coordination with the Fire Marshal, Building Official, consulting engineers, and medical equipment vendors resulted in seamless integration of building systems and surgical equipment. The completed healthcare facility renovation supports patient safety, staff efficiency, and long-term operational success while providing a modern, high-performance medical environment.
