Fisher Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for a new ambulatory surgery center within an existing medical office building. The 10,100 sf fit-out included two operating rooms—one initially configured as a laser suite—and a separate procedure room designed to accommodate future laser and minor procedures, including potential LASIK services.
The project followed a phased design approach, progressing through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Key priorities included code compliance, life safety, and optimized clinical workflows.
Fisher Architecture also led interior finish selections, prepared limited renderings of critical spaces, and coordinated with engineering and medical equipment requirements to deliver a fully functional, patient-focused surgical environment.
