Fisher Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for Ocean Aisle, a one hundred and eighty unit luxury apartment complex located in Salisbury, Maryland.
The community includes amenities such as a clubhouse for the residents with a party room and lounge, a high tech fitness center and a free form pool with an expansive sun deck.
The project features unique designs for one and two bedroom units with classic styles and exotic finishes.
All units are designed to take full advantage of the large interior green area which includes a large pond and walking trails for residents.
Fisher Architecture provided added value services with the coordination of all required submissions to Planning and Zoning, aiding in the building permit submission and construction administration services.
