Fisher Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for this new apartment complex.
Oceans East will expand to be a 700-plus unit apartment community across from Stephen Decatur Middle School in Berlin, Maryland. The first phase of the project includes 180 units, a community clubhouse and “mermaid” pool, 1-acre park and tenant garages.
Open green space, storm water management area and a town of Berlin green-way are included in the plans.
The breakdown of different buildings include 24 unit apartment buildings, 36 unit apartment buildings and future 36 unit apartment buildings with a main entrance boulevard and forested buffer.
