Big things are finally underway for the redevelopment of the Port of Salisbury Marina! Site work and demolition have begun to make way for the development of the new Marina Landing Complex. The finished project will consist of three mixed-use buildings, which include three new apartment buildings, commercial tenant space, and an outdoor courtyard! The project is projected to take 18-24 months. Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses!
